Who are we?
Going for Growth (including Starting Strong), the Data Controller, supports women who are serious about growing their businesses and are the owner manager of a business which has been trading for at least two years (or less than two years in the case of Starting Strong).
Our address is 6 James Terrace, Malahide Co., Dublin K36 Y972, Ireland. Going for Growth is a data controller with respect to personal data which we collect and process to provide our services.
This notice sets out the basis on which any personal data we collect from you, or from others, will be processed by us. Please read the following carefully to understand our practices regarding your personal data and how we will treat it.

Details of Personal Data Processing
We collect “Personal Data”. Personal Data means any information about an individual from which that person can be identified. This is data that identifies you or can be used to identify you and may include your name, address, e-mail address and business details. We do not collect special categories of data.
In the course of our business, we collect and process the Personal Data as set out in this Notice. This may include data we receive directly from Data Subjects. (Data subjects mean the individuals completing the Registration form and those completing the Application form on our website or those corresponding with us by mail, phone, email or otherwise.)
We will only process Personal Data for the specific purposes set out in this Notice or for any other purposes specifically permitted by the applicable law. We will notify those purposes to the Data Subjects when we first collect the data or as soon as possible thereafter.

When you visit our web site, register with us online or complete our application form, we will collect and use your personal data for certain purposes as follows:

2. To provide mentorship to you and your business through round tables sessions held by Lead Entrepreneurs who each give about three hours of their time on a voluntary basis once a month to meet with a small group of women owner/managers to support their development. |

| Photographs and Video Recordings | 1. Starting Strong. We take photographs of individual participants at the launch, offering them an opt out if they wish. Participants who complete the cycle are invited to profile themselves if they wish and these are uploaded on the website and printed in a booklet. An opt out is offered.
2. Going for Growth. We take photographs more generally at the launch, celebrations and Community Forum events. A video is made at the Community Forum. Past participants are invited to participate in media /PR campaigns after they complete a cycle. This is entirely voluntary. |

Disclosure of information to third parties
We share your personal data with our selected business sponsors: (i) KPMG and (ii) Enterprise Ireland. KPMG are provided with the list of the names of the attendees participating in workshops and round tables. KPMG may record promotional videos of extracts from launch events and celebrations featuring the names and images of participants for posting on their KPMG web site and KPMG YouTube Channel.
KPMG and Enterprise Ireland are provided with the following details in relation to the participants (i) name (ii) business name (iii) website address(es) and (iv) name of county in Ireland in which they are based.
Facilitators of workshops are provided with the participants’ (i) name (ii) website address(es) and (iii) reason for attending the event to better tailor such workshops to the participants.
We also disclose your personal data with the Lead Entrepreneurs who host round tables for the purposes of advising and mentoring participants. These details comprise the participants’ name, contact details, address and business details. Such details are reviewed to select individuals to invite to their round table sessions, enabling Lead Entrepreneurs to effectively facilitate and manage the sessions to suit each group’s needs. We attach at Schedule 1 a list of all data processors, who process data on our behalf, with whom your personal data is shared.
How long do we keep hold of your information?
We only collect the amount of personal data that is necessary for us to provide you with our services and to fulfil our obligations. We will only keep that data for as long as necessary.
Automated Decision-making, Profiling and Artificial Intelligence (AI)
Going for Growth does not undertake automated decision making and profiling.
What are your rights with respect to your personal data?
You have the following rights:
- The right to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- The right to require us to rectify any inaccurate personal data about you without undue delay.
- The right to have us erase any personal data we hold about you in circumstances such as where it is no longer necessary for us to hold the personal data or, in some circumstances, if you have withdrawn your consent to the processing.
- The right to object to us processing personal data about you such as processing for direct marketing.
- The right to request a restriction of the processing of your personal data.
Where our processing of your personal data is based on your consent to that processing (marketing), you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time but any processing that we have carried out before you withdrew your consent remains lawful.

Do we Transfer Your Information Outside the European Union or European Economic Area?
Going for Growth does not transfer your data out of the EU/EEA. All data is processed and stored within the EU /EEA.

We may update our Privacy Notice from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Notice on this Website. We will let you know of the changes by updating the “effective date” on top of this Privacy Notice.
